Hi Mondey is the newest sub-brand under Kanma Group, bringing a fresh concept and a distinct identity that sets it apart from its sister brands. Founded by five passionate women bakers, Hi Mondey is a bakery and café specializing in bagels, scones, and sourdough, complemented by a curated selection of beverages including smoothies, coffee, and tea.

At the heart of Hi Mondey’s offering is sourdough—presented as a healthier carbohydrate alternative that can be enjoyed any time of day. Each product is crafted with care, emphasizing both quality and flavor.

Located within Kuntum Nursery in Bogor, Hi Mondey sits in a lush, open recreational area that is both scenic and family-friendly. The café accommodates 150–200 guests, featuring a spacious and shaded outdoor setting that evokes the feeling of a relaxed picnic in a cozy family backyard.

Hi Mondey’s bakery selection focuses on freshly baked sourdough bagels and scones. The bagels are made daily and come in a variety of toppings. In addition to being enjoyed on their own, they are also served as bagel sandwiches—offering a more flavorful, convenient, and satisfying way to enjoy them anytime.

To complement the food menu, Hi Mondey offers a wide range of beverages, including coffee made from its signature house blend, using beans roasted by Kopi Nako Rumah Sangrai. Guests can also enjoy smoothies and other non-coffee options, perfectly paired with the bakery selection.
